Refund policy

At Group Luxe, operated by Group Luxe LLC, we stand behind the quality of our professional grooming tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides 14 days for you to request a return after your order has been received.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the date the order was delivered to your address.

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming tools that have been used on an animal cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

 

2. Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to formally post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
