At Group Luxe, operated by Group Luxe LLC, our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience so you can start using your professional grooming tools as soon as possible. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Corona, California.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two simple, flat-rate shipping options to ensure transparency at checkout. All delivery times are calculated based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the initial email.

4. Delivery Areas

Currently, Group Luxe ships to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if the tracking shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours at elie@groupluxe.website. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
